Hope Cottage - Overview
Hope cottage dates back to the early 16th century and is believed to be the oldest property located on the historic Peddars Way. The property occupies an unrivalled location backing on to the nature reserve and the marshes with easy access to the coastal path and the beach and benefits from a secluded private garden. The Cottage was beautifully converted in 2005 and with its wonderful internal features won the Mayors Special Award in the same year.

Holme-next-the-Sea is a picturesque village between Old Hunstanton and Thornham on the North Norfolk coast. The huge expanse of beach and marsh make this quiet village perfect for walking and bird-watching. It also has a very good pub, The White Horse.

The main garden enjoys a south west facing aspect with view across the marshes towards the sea. There is an attractive brick terrace leading to the lawn with a small pond and an old fashion traditional outside toilet "The Retreat".
Downstairs has a large flat screen Digital TV with DVD/Blu-ray player and there is also an ipod docking station in the main room.
